DubaiBabies prides itself on offering great service and making life easier for our customers hence why we offer different payment options for your convenience.

Credit Card Payment

You can order securely online on our website with your MasterCard, Visa Card, AMEX or Discovery Card using 2Checkout.com. Once you go through the checkout process you will be automatically redirected to the 2checkout payment gateway where you can add in your details, safely and securely.

2Checkout.com Inc. is the exclusive authorized retailer of goods and services provided by DubaiBabies.

Please note DubaiBabies does not receive any credit card details. It is all securely taken by 2checkout.com.

Cash Payment

We also offer our clients the option to pay by cash. If it is a gift we can collect the money from you before delivering to the recipient.

For Dubai deliveries, cash payment is free of charge. You simply pay our driver upon delivery of the goods.

For outside of Dubai deliveries (within the UAE), cash payment is charged at an additional 15 Dhs charge to the normal 15 Dhs delivery charge. This is a courier company charge to return the money to us.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from DubaiBabies, we will happily accept a return or exchange on items that have not been worn, altered or damaged and must be accompanied with all tags & packaging within 7 days of purchase.

The refund or exchange can only be applied after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. In most cases, a refund will be given on a returned item, however items that were on sale or are not in stock any more cannot be returned unless faulty.

Gifts can be exchanged for other items to the same current value when the exchange is made.
